Shahar Tsabari, M.D. and Emilia Carla Pace, M.D. at their laboratory in Tignale (BS), Italy, directs the Biological Material Preservation Division. Here we experiment with new techniques and chemical substances in order to improve the impregnation of biological material through the application of various methodologies with a large variety of imbibing substances, both synthetic and natural and by testing the biocompatibility of these products and methods. Current research includes the impregnation of biological material and of artificial components such as prostheses intended to be transplanted inside the human body.
In October 2000, after more than ten years of research in biological material impregnation, imbibing substances, vacuum technology and biocompatibility we have patented a specific and innovative system, which achieves almost perfect preservation.
Using a new stainless steel chamber and applied technologies we are able to achieve a perfect dehydration and impregnation of biological materials necessary for preservation via plastination.Please consult our Product Page for a full description of product availability and guarantee.
